The aim was to create bespoke, thoughtfully designed environments that felt safe, controlled and inclusive, while also reflecting the club’s identity and sense of pride. To deliver this, Everton FC approached Creative Activity to design and install specialist multi-sensory environments that could seamlessly integrate into the stadium setting. -

We recently installed a bespoke Social Staircase at the brand-new Northern Regional College (NRC) campus in Ballymena.
As soon as you step through the doors, the staircase stands out as a striking centrepiece of the college’s main entrance - designed not only to connect the floors of the building but also to act as a vibrant social hub for students.

October 22, 2025Case Study: Sensory Circuit at Ballyoran PS
Ballyoran Primary School is dedicated to supporting the wellbeing and development of all its pupils, particularly those in the Foundation Stage. Recognising the importance of sensory regulation and movement in learning, the school sought to enhance its environment with a purposeful sensory space.
Working alongside Roisin McGuire, Learning Support Coordinator and Vice Principal at Ballyoran Primary School, Creative Activity collaborated to design and install a bespoke sensory circuit that would bring both fun and function to the school’s daily routine. -

Ballyoran Primary School in Portadown has a strong commitment to creating inclusive learning environments. With a diverse pupil population, including those in specialist provisions, the school recognises the importance of supporting children with a wide range of sensory needs. To strengthen this support, the school partnered with Creative Activity to design and install two sensory rooms and a sensory circuit.

More Than Words Advocacy CIC is a dedicated day service provider based in Wigan, just outside of Manchester. They offer vital support for adults with learning disabilities and neurodiversity, helping individuals thrive in a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment.
The organisation undertook a major transition to a new, more central premises with the the addition of a state of the art sensory room- an exciting move that brought with it a number of challenges.
