New School Furniture for Lismore Comprehensive

Creative Activity are delighted to be involved with new Lismore Comprehensive School new build project, delivering high quality classroom and assembly hall furniture. The project involved the delivery and Installation of bespoke coloured classroom chairs to match the window frames and table legs, and to match in with the schools colours.  

Lismore Comprehensive is an innovative and exciting new build school that caters for 1200 pupils within a diverse teaching curriculum and was designed to be delivered in 2 phases on the existing site whilst the original school remains fully operational. The 15,800m2 design achieves high standards in educational, operational & sustainable performance whilst providing a full range of teaching accommodation suitable for a modern 1200 pupil co-ed school incorporating enhanced sports hall & Gym (700m2). Plan arrangements are flexible thus facilitating a range of events and exhibitions in support of the key school activities. A large dining facility offers views to the south over the semi-rural surroundings. The school also benefits from a large Learning Support Centre (580m2) located in the heart of the new building making this a fully inclusive full spectrum learning school. The LSC can operate independently or be fully integrated. We have developed the design in close consultation with the Education Authority, Department of Education, and local community representatives to ensure their full support for the project.
