Made from top quality pigments, they are finely ground and evenly dispersed to produce beautiful, fun colours for your art projects. Comes in a recyclable plastic bag and storage box. The powder mixes readily with water to the required creamy consistency. Ideas to try with powder paint: Add powder paint to cellulose to produce a simple finger paint. Potato and stick prints can also be achieved with this paint. Mix powder paint dry with Plaster of Paris to produce colourful models. To create many interesting textures add glitter, sawdust or sand to mixed powder paint prior to painting onto paper or card.Teacher testimonial: What an excellent product! Not only do they take up less space than the average tub of paint, they are brilliant in many other ways. Water is added so the thickness of the paint can be determined prior to use; the thicker the paint, the deeper the colour/pigment. The powders can be mixed prior to adding water, or after. As well as for art lessons, I used the paint to teach ratio in maths, where it was easy to see how if the quantity needed to be increased, the ratio would need to be kept the same to produce the exact replica colour. I also mixed the powder with egg white when teaching the children how the monks would make paint in the Anglo-Saxon times – so they really brought history to life too! DELIVERY

We deliver to Northern Ireland, ROI, UK Mainland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight. Deliveries to other locations can be arranged by calling our office on 028 7134 6767.

Larger items, such as furniture and bespoke items can take up to 28 Days for delivery. Stock items are usually delivered within 2-3 Days. Deliveries are carried out by a national courier, and require a signature.

All products requested will be delivered by Creative Activity free unless the order is under £100/ €150 +VAT in which case a service charge of £7.95/ €12.94 +VAT will apply for orders to Northern Ireland and Ireland. Carriage to UK Mainland and other areas will be quoted at time of order.
