Product Description

Kit of educational science equipment which can be used in conjunction with the Playground Science resource written by the Primary Science Teaching Trust (PSTT).

Enhance science learning activities during playtimes with this playground science resource kit. It includes colour paddles, toy cars, shakers, a voice recorder, insect viewers, and tongs, offering a variety of educational tools. These items engage children in outdoor science experiments and self-directed activities, making learning fun and informal.

These resources can be used alongside the lower playground science bags and activity cards, which are suitable for children aged 4-7 and provide fun and informal, self-directed science activities, that children can carry out in their own playtimes. Simply add the resources to the playground science bags and use with the activity cards.

Aligned with the Key Stage 1 curriculum, it supports the 'Working Scientifically' topic, allowing pupils to use practical scientific methods and skills through simple tests. It helps children observe closely using simple science equipment, fostering curiosity and investigative skills. Incorporate this kit into your teaching to create an engaging, interactive environment that promotes scientific exploration during playtime.
