Technology really enhances the learning here as the blocks can be made to glow by just pressing a button. See the shapes take on a magical glow for added engagement and creativity. The child learns about cause and effect, stimulus response and makes key connections. Suitable for ages 10 months and up. They work well with the Stack and Build and Light Up ranges but may be utilised in various scenarios. Add technology to your construction area and create dramatic effects. Imagine a glowing robot, a castle, or a space machine. Younger children will love stacking, lining them up and balancing them. This may be influenced by their schematic interests. They can work well in maths activities, with pattern, one to one correspondence, sorting etc. We found that some children loved simply peering through them whilst others liked to balance shapes in the holes. Carefully positioning the pieces really focusses the child’s attention and utilises various motor skills. Because they are an open-ended, versatile resource; tested for 10 months plus they really lend themselves to many possibilities. How many holes are there if you line them up? How tall can you stack them and what patterns can you make with them? They also make a great contained area for floor robots. Place them in Dark Dens or sensory rooms where the children can manipulate and manoeuvre the pieces, creating imaginative scenes. This is a simple shape that lends itself to all kinds of play in varying locations. Look out for the Glow Cylinders and Spheres which work brilliantly with this set.No batteries required. DELIVERY

We deliver to Northern Ireland, ROI, UK Mainland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight. Deliveries to other locations can be arranged by calling our office on 028 7134 6767.

Larger items, such as furniture and bespoke items can take up to 28 Days for delivery. Stock items are usually delivered within 2-3 Days. Deliveries are carried out by a national courier, and require a signature.

All products requested will be delivered by Creative Activity free unless the order is under £100/ €150 +VAT in which case a service charge of £7.95/ €12.94 +VAT will apply for orders to Northern Ireland and Ireland. Carriage to UK Mainland and other areas will be quoted at time of order.

In no circumstances will the seller be liable for loss or damage of any kind whatsoever caused directly or indirectly by the delay in the delivery of goods.
